Mentoring is a supportive partnership where a mentor asks critical questions and shares experiences and perspectives to further your personal and professional development. Kay's mentoring is a holistic approach designed to reconnect you to your own wisdom, passion and humanity.

Mentoring partnerships are usually of 3 - 12 months duration, beginning with a personal 360 process (optional) and a one-day Intensive to build trust and clarify your objectives.Executive Coaching Executive Coaching is an adult learning process where the coach asks questions designed to enable you to discover for yourself how to achieve your objectives. This is empowering and highly effective. Executive coaching can focus on a specific topic or developing a range of skills. Outcomes can include: · enhanced communication skills · improved leadership and management skills · ability to think strategically and deliver outcomes · ability to manage energy and time effectively · ability to prioritise and delegate effectively Executive coaching programs are usually a minimum of 6 hours. Objectives are agreed in the first meeting and each session builds on the last to achieve your objectives, with practice between coaching sessions. Group Coaching sessions to embed learning as part of leadership development programs and Team Coaching to enable existing teams to communicate and perform more effectively, are also available. |
